Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, NY seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and occasional remote support for workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals in NYC offices.

You will troubleshoot issues, triage across technologies, and coordinate with senior staff while maintaining security standards and SLAs. Occasional travel to remote locations in NYC may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting end-user services including Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for workstations, laptops, printers, mobile and IoT devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the appropriate technical resource when needed.
• Triages complex issues across multiple technologies including Networking and Security.
• Manage IT tickets, log updates, and maintain asset records for devices.
• Configure network connectivity, devices, and security standards prior to network connection.
• Respond to end-user questions and communicate departmental computing policies.
• Support large hardware refreshes and office relocation projects as needed.
• Provide white-glove service to senior leadership when required.
