Job summary

RiseWell Community Services in Medford, NY is seeking a full-time IT Specialist II to join the Information Technology team. The role provides front-line end-user support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, maintains IT equipment, and ensures smooth daily operations of supported systems.

The position may require travel to RiseWell sites across Nassau, Suffolk, and NYC boroughs to provide IT support, while based in Medford.

Qualifications

2 years of experience providing technical support and end-user systems support.
Valid NY State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line help desk support for end-user issues and requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and upscale complex problems to Tier 2.
Configure and deploy agency-issued devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track assignment of assets.
Process communication system requests.
Provide user training and ongoing support on agency systems and applications.
Maintain records, logs, and databases related to IT assets and support activities.
Enforce IT policies and perform routine device audits for compliance and quality assurance.
Provide backup support for communications systems as needed.
Perform all other job duties as assigned.
