Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in California is seeking an IT Support Analyst to keep desktops, laptops, and networks running smoothly. This entry-to-mid-level role offers a path to deepen technical expertise and grow customer service skills within a dynamic office environment.

You will provide hands-on support across the organization, resolving IT issues, managing devices, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including user provisioning and permissions management.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM or Intune for device deployment and updates.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity (Cisco AnyConnect) and remote access.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for IT hardware, software, and applications in a corporate setting.
• Image, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Dell and Lenovo laptops/workstations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including user setup and permissions.
• Manage laptops using SCCM/Intune for imaging, updates, and endpoint mgmt.
• Support Microsoft Azure environments, including file storage and VMs.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and support company mobile devices.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and lifecycle refreshes.
• Provide in-person, phone, and video support to executive users and others.
• Document solutions and troubleshooting steps in knowledge bases.
