Quintessa Marketing is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to provide on-site technical support in a fast-paced, sensitive-data environment. This junior-level position is ideal for someone with foundational IT knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow professionally.

This role will resolve hardware, software, and account-access issues, support onboarding, manage devices, and help with security reviews and documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level knowledge of Google Workspace administration and user support.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID concepts.
• Fundamental understanding of wired and wireless networking.
• Basic experience troubleshooting computers, OS, applications, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to help desk requests via tickets, email, chat, phone, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account-access, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
• Provide basic administration for Google Workspace and Azure/Entra ID environments.
• Assist with wired/wireless network troubleshooting and security review preparation.
