Topaz HR is seeking a motivated Level 1 IT Support Engineer for an expanding MSP. The role offers hands-on support for clients across technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and daily IT tasks.

Ideal for an entry-level professional eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team. You will provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, deploy desktops and user accounts, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, and user accounts.
• Document, update, and manage support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client and support documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
