• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise job schedules across multiple environments.
• Resolve incidents per IT Operations procedures.
• Escalate issues to second/third level support.
• Provide training and QA for shift Operators.
• Coordinate and prioritize shift tasks for business impact.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools and processes.
