Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an IT support specialist to provide first-level technical support for Windows systems, network issues, printers, and Microsoft applications. You will troubleshoot, document, and escalate incidents following SOPs while assisting with service requests and maintaining clear communication with customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of IT experience and troubleshooting experience, with any education acceptable.

Qualifications
