IT Support Specialist

Contract-to-hire

Overview

Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and support day-to‑day technology operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support end users across devices, applications, and business systems
• Manage support requests and resolve technical problems
• Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and equipment setup
• Maintain documentation, inventory records, and support processes
• Provide guidance on technical issues and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience supporting business applications and technology environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise systems, user administration, or cloud technologies
• Technical certifications or equivalent experience

Additional Details

Compensation for this role is based on skill set, experience, training, certifications, location, and other business considerations. Salary range is disclosed in accordance with local law. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and the company 401(k) retirement plan.
