Job summary

Heartstream’s Bothell headquarters seeks an IT Support Administrator to provide hands‑on end‑user support, office infrastructure, and local IT operations. You will work closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations and Senior IT Engineer to keep employees productive while deploying modern workplace technologies.

This role combines desktop support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, conference room tech, and general IT operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in desktop support or IT operations.
• Strong experience with Windows workstations and mobile devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira).
• Experience with conferencing tech (Teams Rooms).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/regulatory/global experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for employees and devices.
• Onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and asset management.
• Endpoint management including enrollment, patching, and deployment via Intune.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Support conference room tech and office hardware.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Support security systems and badge access with facilities teams.
• Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and telecom support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the employee tech experience.
