Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Operations/Supplier Management/Asset Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical problem solving.
• Ability to drive outcomes in cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to utilize AI to enhance, automate, and streamline processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain service roadmaps; prioritize work and ensure measurable outcomes across IT PO/Invoice Processing, IT Asset Management, and IT Telco/SMO reporting.
• Improve process controls, compliance, and risk management; drive transparency and effectiveness with reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Influence and align stakeholders across IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams.
