Genworth|CareScout is seeking an IT Strategy & Performance Operations Manager in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role combines remote days with in-office collaboration on Tue–Thu, aligning with core business hours 9am–5pm EST.

You will help IT plan, measure, and deliver against strategic priorities, coordinating across teams and leadership. You will produce executive-ready materials, scorecards, and dashboards, translating data into clear actions and improving transparency and execution.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in IT consulting, operations, or strategy roles.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and executive reporting.
• Experience with performance metrics and financial tracking.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT strategy planning cycles and maintain roadmaps.
