The City of Little Rock seeks a seasoned professional to lead organizational change management for strategic IT initiatives. You will translate department needs into prioritized projects, drive adoption, and ensure alignment with the city’s technology direction and performance goals.

You will engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, manage budgets and vendor coordination, and guide enterprise rollout efforts with a focus on measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
• Ability to develop and execute change communications and adoption plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
