Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital seeks an Engineering Manager of Information Architecture to lead teams in modeling, taxonomy, metadata management, and content labeling. You’ll drive strategic data initiatives, governance, and secure scalable solutions across enterprise platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with ITS and business stakeholders, with a hybrid work schedule based at ALSAC’s National Executive Office in Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of information and/or data architecture, with strategy and delivery oversight.
• Experience in enterprise information architecture principles incl. modeling, taxonomy, metadata, MDM, and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across information architecture and software platforms.
• Define best practices, standards, and processes for design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Coach engineers, analysts, and team members to ensure quality and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee career development and training.
