Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking an IT Technical Recruiter (Agency) to support our rapid growth. You will manage full lifecycle IT recruitment for contract projects, working 2-3 days weekly from our Billerica, MA office and coordinating with a broad client base across Fortune 500 companies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years IT recruiting experience, including agency recruiting, superb communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume requisitions while delivering top consultants

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience delivering contact-based IT consultants.
• Experience with agency recruiting is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle IT recruitment for contract project roles.
• Identify qualified IT candidates for cleared and non-cleared roles.
• Interview candidates and manage candidate experience through lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers and maintain relationships with consultants.
