Job summary

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. – LRS Consulting Services’ Minneapolis branch seeks a Branch Manager to lead the local IT staffing practice and drive branch success. You will balance client work, sales leadership, and recruiting across the territory, reporting to the branch leadership team.

This role offers base salary plus commission and incentives, with in-office work three days per week (Tue–Thu) and remote work on Mon and Fri, supporting growth within a global IT staffing leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of IT staffing experience in the Minneapolis market.
• Residence in the Minneapolis metro area with in-office presence three days a week.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Minneapolis branch P&L, revenue, gross profit and headcount planning.
• Lead a recruiting team and a sales team, including a Sales Manager and Account Executives.
• Serve as the primary face-to-face contact with clients to secure IT services and solutions.
