Job summary

Artech is seeking an Account Manager in San Ramon, CA to grow our IT staffing business with an established client base. You will build and deepen relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams, and you’ll identify new opportunities to convert into revenue.

You'll prospect, network, and set meetings, conducting in-person client visits to understand challenges and position Artech’s staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing or professional services sales.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and generate revenue.
• Comfortable in relationship-driven, in-person sales environments.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business leaders.
• Expand existing client relationships across departments, teams, and business units.
• Identify new hiring opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Prospect, network, set meetings, and open new doors.
• Conduct in-person client meetings and build strong relationships face-to-face.
• Understand client challenges and position Artech’s IT staffing solutions to solve them.
• Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to turn opportunities into placements.
• Own your pipeline, sales activity, client relationships, and revenue results.
• Negotiate, close, and continue growing relationships after the sale.
