Job summary

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our IT staffing partnerships across Florida and national accounts. You will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help clients solve technology staffing needs.

You'll collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams while serving as a trusted partner to client stakeholders across multiple departments, including travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
• Experience with IT staffing or professional services is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing client stakeholders.
• Identify new IT staffing opportunities within current and new teams.
• Partner with recruiting teams to support timely candidate submissions.
• Track upcoming hiring needs, projects, and initiatives.
• Ensure ARK is positioned for upcoming roles and staffing requests.
• Share market insights and client updates with internal leadership.
