Job summary
The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across the association. This position will support staff, branches, and departments with hardware, software, network connectivity, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and other technology needs.

Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience supervising or coordinating with others is a plus.
- IT/cybersecurity/project management certs are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to complete required trainings within 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support network infrastructure, telecommunications, servers, and cloud environments.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software systems and support facility openings and projects.
- Collaborate with branches and departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
