Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer in San Diego to handle telephone, remote, and on-site troubleshooting. You will install software, configure PCs, printers, and networking gear, and assist senior engineers on deployment projects.

Qualifications

• Experience providing remote phone technical support.
• Excellent PC and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience with Autodesk and AEC apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone/remote and on-site troubleshooting, training, and tech support
