Public Strategies in Oklahoma City is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Specialist to install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems and to provide technical advice and support to system users. You will be proficient with all Microsoft 365 products, manage Active Directory and Exchange Online, and assist with imaging, onboarding, and system maintenance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three years of IT experience required, with O365, Active Directory, and Azure background.
• A Plus and Net Plus certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems and provide user support.
• Create users and groups in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Onboard new hires' IT setup and training.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, remote, and in-person.
• Maintain asset management for IT assets.
• Support Windows servers and Windows Deployment Services.
• Assist with network hardware and audio/video systems.
• Keep documentation and SOPs updated.
