Job summary

Evergreen CU seeks an Information Technology Specialist to support end users, secure and maintain the technology environment, and enable staff to serve members confidently.

You’ll administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user accounts, provide end‑user support, and assist with deployments and security solutions from Portland. This role requires problem solving, teamwork, and a service mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS, Active Directory, Basic Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN) and Office 365.
• A two-year college degree or relevant certifications/training or apprenticeship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides general IT support for end users and line of business software (Office 365, core data processing platform).
• Manages adds, changes, or moves of users in Active Directory, Office 365, and related systems; supports phone system, printing, scanning, and malware remediation.
• Performs routine maintenance, installations and upgrades of hardware/software and participates in on-call rotation.
