Job summary

Family Services is seeking an IT Specialist to support and maintain the agency's PCs, networks, and phone systems. You will work with internal clients and external vendors, manage IT projects and provide timely resolution of IT requests.

The role requires a High School diploma/GED and 2 years of experience, plus a Wisconsin driver's license. The nonprofit offers a benefits package and staff sabbatical program to support well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience providing high-level PC setup, repair, implementation and network design.
• Candidates must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with reliable vehicle and maintain auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the agency's personal computers, networks and phone systems.
• Provide timely, professional handling of incoming calls and IT requests; follow through on projects.
• Assist in development and implementation of a Wide Area Network; server support and hands-on IT support for equipment and software; maintain voice and data networks.
