Job summary

University Support Services, LLC is seeking an IT Specialist in Englewood, CO to provide end-user support, install and maintain computer hardware and software, and manage AV and collaboration systems. Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certifications preferred.
• HDI Help Desk certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Client Operating Systems and Apple iOS.
• Has 1–2 years’ experience as a computer or systems technician.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and training on software and hardware.
• Install, upgrade, maintain, inspect, repair computer hardware and software.
• Maintain IT ticketing system and resolve tickets.
• Perform routine inspections and replace malfunctioning parts.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Assist with AV equipment and classroom technology.
• Support Zoom, Panopto and related collaboration tools.
• Submit status reports to leadership as needed.
