Job summary

Bradley is seeking an IT Technician to deliver deskside and remote support for employees in a professional-services environment. The role covers Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Zoom Phone, AV systems, and NetDocuments, with on-site visits and after-hours on-call rotation.

You will train users, resolve issues, and maintain logs in the help desk system while collaborating with the IT team to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT preferred.
• At least four years in end-user IT support in a professional services setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Zoom, AV systems, and legal software like NetDocuments.

Responsibilities

• Deskside support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Configure and support Zoom Phone and Zoom video systems.
• Maintain Windows OS and software updates across devices.
• Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Provide user training and document resolutions in the help desk.
• Travel to firm offices and remote locations for on-site support.
• After-hours on-call support on a rotational basis.
