Responsibilities

• Provision, install, and maintain hardware and software.
• Monitor server resources and availability of systems.
• Maintain hardware inventory and licenses.
• Provide reports and analytics to management.
• Assist employees with IT issues.
• Follow procedures and establish new ones as needed.
