Job summary

Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturer to hire a hands-on IT Manager to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations in a regulated environment.

This role combines technical ownership with team leadership, supporting secure, reliable systems across cloud and onsite environments. You’ll drive 5+ years of experience in systems administration, Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High, NIST 800-171/CMMC controls, and Zero Trust, while guiding IT staff and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC controls.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, certificate management, firewalls, and Zero Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in systems administration and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC controls.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, certificate management, firewalls, and Zero Trust technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Security certifications and experience supporting government or defense audits are a plus.

• Fully onsite in Camarillo.
• Approximately 10% travel.
• Availability for occasional after-hours support.
• Must meet applicable export-control access requirements.
