Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking an IT Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations across the ROC, SI, O&M, and corporate teams. You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, and endpoint security while maintaining the office network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN access.

The role requires 5+ years of IT support or admin experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as the sole IT function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on IT support or systems administration experience.
• At least one current IT certification from the Preferred Certifications list.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Experience managing Windows devices, including deployment, patching, and endpoint security tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT resource for office and field employees via in-person, phone, email, and Teams.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and business applications.
• Provision, deploy, maintain, and retire laptops using Autopilot and Intune; maintain inventory.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, including accounts, email, licenses, devices, and access control.
• Support office phone/VoIP systems and conference room equipment.
• Respond to after-hours issues with priority on ROC or customer operations.
• Create and maintain IT support documentation.
