Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking an IT professional to review, execute, maintain, and support IT initiatives that align with business objectives. The role requires collaboration with business users and management to deliver solutions and act as a trusted IT adviser.

Responsibilities include lifecycle support of critical applications, adherence to policies, budgeting oversight, and vendor cost management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and experience across IT systems in a matrix

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience supporting various IT systems; familiarity with Unisys tools.
• Strong communication with non-technical business personnel.
• Experience in full life-cycle application implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, deliver, and support IT initiatives that identify, design, implement creative business and technology solutions for business operations.
• Establish relationships with business users and engage with business management as a trusted IT adviser.
• Support key business applications from conception to transition, including training and ongoing health and support.
• Adhere to Flowserve policies and procedures.
• Assist with IT budgeting, forecasting, and vendor cost management.
• Review vendor proposals, statements of work, POs, and invoices for budget alignment.
• Partner with Finance and IT leadership to track expenses and perform cost-benefit evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
