Flow Control Group seeks a Field Service Technician Supervisor to lead IT support and field services across North America. You will mentor technicians, optimize schedules, ensure SLA attainment, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians.
Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
Monitor uptime and ability to operate across sites.
Act as escalation point for complex service issues and customer complaints.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and IT to improve service quality.
