Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Mgr, IT Solutions Process (Financial Strategy) to define and administer project management and SDLC methodologies within IT Solutions Delivery. You will lead the creation and governance of standards, templates, and processes across IT.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and business leadership to develop the annual technology budget, analyze forecasts, and build financial scenarios.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with advanced knowledge and understanding of systems development & project delivery methodology.
Bachelor’s degree; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and administer project management and SDLC methodologies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
Lead adoption and governance of methodologies across IT Solutions Delivery.
Maintain standards, templates, and governance controls to improve consistency and delivery discipline.
Advise leaders on Agile, Waterfall, and other delivery approaches using metrics and portfolio data.
Develop annual technology budget and multi-year financial outlook with IT and Finance.
Analyze actuals, forecasts, and variances to identify financial risks and improvement opportunities.
Create portfolio scenarios and assist prioritization to optimize investment decisions.
