Tractor Supply Company is seeking a results-driven Business Systems Analyst to analyze merchandising processes and drive improvements across forecasting, replenishment, store planning, and supply chain solutions. The role requires strong SAP module experience and SDLC knowledge, with responsibility for translating requirements into functional specs and coordinating system changes.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience supporting Merchandising, Forecasting, Replenishment, Store Planning, and Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience with SDLC methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred.

• Participate in the execution of test cases as part of the QA process.
• Translate user requirements into functional specs and models for developers.
• Collaborate with business partners, project managers, and vendors to define scope and goals, and prioritize build items.
• Coordinate configuration changes for applications within the area of responsibility.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Lead design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance processes and data flow.
• Provide end-user orientation for new functionality.
• Review system design plans for alignment with business requirements.
• Research software/hardware to justify procurement decisions.
