Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a senior IT leader to oversee the development of applications for Merchandising Systems, including Tibco, MDM, BPM, and Spotfire. The role requires 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in management and a BS degree.

You will guide architecture, manage teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience leading IT teams and managing merchandising systems.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tibco, MDM, BPM.

Responsibilities

Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for IT's area of responsibility with managers and stakeholders.
Manage development and deployment of applications for use by TSC Merchandising Team Members and contribute to overall architecture.
Hire, manage, develop, and motivate merchandising systems team.
Review and analyze existing applications and system effectiveness; develop improvement strategies.
Research and recommend software products and services to support procurement and development.
Meet with merchandising field management to identify opportunities.
Create and define development process for omni-channel needs.
Enforce policies, procedures, and QA best practices.
Sponsor and pilot new technologies.
