Tractor Supply Company is seeking an experienced IT Architect to drive domain technology plans aligned with enterprise goals and business processes. The role includes technical oversight, mentoring, and guiding domain roadmaps across teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT, a bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or related field, and a strong background in SOA, OO analysis and design, and business process re-engineering.

Formación

• Experience leading IT architecture and domain technology planning.
• Ability to align technical plans with business goals and processes.
• Strong understanding of SOA and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Proficiency in evaluating and guiding technology choices and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, and develop domain roadmaps aligned with goals and processes.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Plan project activities for development/engineering teams to meet schedules.
• Create design documentation and provide technical oversight for delivery.
• Maintain domain standards, ensure secure, well-performing solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for domain applicability.
• Document domain technology used to support business processes.
• Communicate architecture and integration options to management.
