Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Manager, AP Transformation & Analysis to lead transformation, analytics, and continuous improvement across Accounts Payable. You will drive the AP-wide roadmap, leverage AI, automation, and data to improve efficiency, controls, and working capital, while guiding ERP, reporting, and vendor experience—across Merchandising and Expense AP.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Accounts Payable, finance operations or transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving process changes.
• High-volume AP, retail experience and people leadership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute AP-wide transformation roadmap across Merchandising and Expense AP.
• Maintain deep knowledge of AP processes, SAP and S/4HANA workflows.
• Lead complex transformation from opportunity through benefits realization (invoice automation, S/4HANA, financing).
• Translate needs into clear requirements; partner with AP Ops, Accounting Systems & Automation, and IT.
• Identify and implement AI, GPT, Copilot, and automation solutions with tech teams.
• Lead AP performance analytics, KPIs, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee Expense AP ops and AP accounting/month-end close with controls.
• Collaborate with Merch AP leadership to address high-volume processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, change management, and stakeholder comms.
• Ensure SOX/compliance and internal controls in AP.
• Coach and develop team members to build transformation capabilities.
