Job summary

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair service calls from internal and external end users of Station Casinos applications.
• Install new systems, facilitate training and administer accounts and devices.
• Provide hardware and software support to end-users and assist in implementing new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support new users in logging on and using equipment.
• Communicate daily needs to the department Manager or Director.
• Help troubleshoot and diagnose problems with technicians and end users.
