Job summary

Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking an IT professional to support MIS operations, network, and desktop environments. You will assist with installations, configurations, and usability while following policy and compliance requirements.

Five years of MIS experience and 2+ years in help desk or desktop support are expected. Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL 4 are a plus; Colorado Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MIS experience with IT operations and support.
• 2+ years in Level 1 Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Admin roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/ITF+, Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with MIS network, hardware, software review, and support.
• Assist IT staff with desktop and software installation and usability.
• Maintain up-to-date manuals and reference materials.
• Follow policies for purchasing and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado Gaming Act and Internal Controls.
