Job summary
ENGIE North America is seeking an IT Technical Services Advisor to shape the vision for systems and processes across functional teams and lead the design of future-state solutions. You will provide hands-on support for development, migration, and integration of business solutions, including process redesign and third-party software implementations.
This role collaborates with stakeholders, leads roadmaps, and guides architecture with Agile, DevOps, and data-centric patterns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Minimum 7 years in technical architecture and systems implementation.
- Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Azure including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, Lean business process engineering.
- Strong data architecture background: ETL, data lakes, data warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively define vision for systems and processes across each functional team.
- Lead design of future-state solutions and support development, migration, integration.
- Create roadmaps and present solution options with pros/cons.
- Assist prioritization across product backlogs and advise on investments.
- Coach teams on design patterns, Agile, DevOps, and delivery methods.
- Analyze and redesign business processes to their optimal state.
