Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Senior IT Network Engineer to lead design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT and OT networks across North America. You will work with the global infrastructure team to enforce standards, security, and best practices while delivering critical network projects in a dynamic environment.

The role requires onsite work in Houston, TX five days a week, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT.
• 5+ years designing and supporting large-scale enterprise ISC/SCADA networks.
• 5+ years supporting a 1,000-node corporate network.
• Industry certifications in networking, cloud, or security (Azure/AWS, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Experience across AWS and Azure cloud, on-prem data centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Enterprise internetworking technologies.
• Maintain IT/OT network standards and policies.
• Evaluate options and present research-backed recommendations.
• Plan, design, and implement LAN/WAN networks and devices.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide network operation escalation support and monitor availability.
