Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related functional experience.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to recommend innovative solutions to business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean and agile practices.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
