Advanced Card Systems & Solutions in New Jersey is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day customer support onsite, over the phone, and by email; you will install and support computers, software, and network hardware, including peripheral devices and cabling.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting and communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish is highly beneficial and team/independent work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware.
• Respond to day-to-day customer support requests.
• Perform product testing and provide feedback.
• Install License Plate Recognition cameras, cabling, and related hardware.
• Set up customer workstations and peripherals.
• Share knowledge with team through collaboration.
