Job summary

Advanced Card Systems and Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day customer support onsite, over the phone, and by email. The role covers installation and support of computers, software, LPR cameras, networking hardware, peripherals, and CAT cabling.

Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will work well in a team or individually and handle technical tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Technical experience or certification preferred
• Degree in electronics, computer science, or networking preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware
• Respond to day to day customer support requests
• Perform product testing and feedback
• Install License Plate Recognition cameras, cabling, and related hardware
• Set up customer workstations (computers, printers, scanners, etc)
• Interact with team members and openly exchange best practices and experiences (knowledge sharing)
