Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is hiring an IT Support professional to ensure operational readiness of client computing and peripheral devices used across manufacturing and office environments.

You will install, test, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist server administrators and network engineers during implementations and upgrades. On-call rotation and lifting up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of IT experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proven knowledge of Windows, MS Office, browsers, printing, LAN/WAN/WLAN.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and technical resources to relay clear problem descriptions.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve user requests in queue.
• Assist in system implementations and upgrades with engineers.
