Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our IT Services team on-site with occasional on-call support. You will deliver advanced technical guidance, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with Level 1 and senior staff to maintain seamless IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT experience, strong OS knowledge, and familiarity with ITSM tools, scripting, and cybersecurity basics. SpaceXAI offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2-4 years of IT/helpdesk or related experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software.
Proficiency with TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP/VPNs and basic Windows Server/Linux basics.

Responsibilities

Provide second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and coordinate with Level 3 for escalation.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory).
Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
