Responsibilities

• Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals.
• Answers client care issues heightened from the helpdesk.
• Adds to workstation projects (worldwide installs/updates) as a task partner.
• Remotely diagnoses and resolves requests using remote devices.
• Investigates and collaborates with different divisions to help with system-related issues.
• Reports client connections in the Incident Management framework including asset management.
• Retrieves data from hard drive(s) or perform data relocation.
• Supports remote access for VPN availability as well as remote/broadband networks for PCs.
• Installs and configures local and network printers.
• Performs preventive maintenance.
• Works various shifts, on-call, and travel as required.
• Follows management direction, complying with IT strategy and systems.
• Demonstrates higher levels of service and drive, identifies areas for technical and process improvement, and can handle multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Performs other duties as mentioned.
