Job summary

A technology services firm is seeking a Technology Services Administrator (TSA) in Dallas. The TSA will support IT systems and maintain the data and phone infrastructure. Candidates should have experience in professional services, particularly in law firms, and be proficient in Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory. This full-time position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, with 10% travel requirement and the possibility of emergencies outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Microsoft environment preferred.
• Experience in professional services industry, preferably legal.
