Responsibilities

• Trains users on functionality and changes; develops training materials and labs.
• Sets up and modifies user accounts; updates case assignments.
• Troubleshoots software issues; documents problems and fixes; tracks activity.
• Handles media/file issues including uploads/downloads and AV software configurations.
• Creates or updates document templates and coding templates.
• Participates in testing of new software or features.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
