Job summary

Fraser is seeking an IT Service Specialist to provide technical support across facilities. You will respond to incidents, fulfill service requests, and document resolutions. The role includes imaging and deploying devices, maintaining inventory, and contributing to IT projects. On-site in Bloomington, MN with standard business hours.

The starting pay ranges from $47,000 to $52,000 annually, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within a nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation and ability to travel within the metro area.
• Two years or more of experience in desktop and systems support within a Microsoft network.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and issues for staff.
• Receive, process, and fulfill service requests for all departments, including security and access requests.
• Identify and elevate major incidents and assist with problem management and documentation.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and work processes in the service desk system.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for staff.
• Maintain service catalog information for hardware and software and assist with inventory levels.
• Assist with IT projects and organization-wide initiatives as assigned.
• Support operational and infrastructure maintenance including network and data center tasks.
• Provide QA, testing, and documentation for new applications and processes.

We are seeking an IT Service Specialist to provide technical support to users, computer workstations, and software applications across all Fraser facilities and lines of business.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and issues for staff across the organization.
• Receive, process, and fulfill service requests for all departments, including standard changes, security, and access requests.
• Identify and elevate major incidents and assist with problem management, resolution, and documentation.
• Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and work processes in the service desk management system.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technology equipment for new and existing staff.
• Maintain service catalog information for hardware and software across the organization and assist with managing department technology inventory levels.
• Assist with Information Technology projects and organization-wide business initiatives as assigned.
• Support operational and infrastructure-related maintenance and initiatives, including network, telephony, and data center tasks.
• Provide quality assurance, feedback, testing, and documentation for new applications, technology solutions, and process changes as assigned.
• Participate in technical training and contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation across Information Technology and other organizational departments.

Requirements:
