Job summary

Fraser is seeking an IT Service Specialist to provide technical support to users, workstations, and software across all Fraser facilities in Minnesota. The role is fully onsite with Monday–Friday hours and a starting salary of $47,000–$52,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and issues for staff across the organization.
• Receive, process, and fulfill service requests for all departments, including standard changes, security, and access requests.
• Identify and mitigate major incidents and assist with problem management, resolution, and documentation.
• Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and work processes in the service desk management system.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technology equipment for new and existing staff.
• Maintain service catalog information for hardware and software across the organization and assist with managing department technology inventory levels.
• Assist with Information Technology projects and organization-wide business initiatives as assigned.
• Support operational and infrastructure-related maintenance and initiatives, including network, telephony, and data center tasks.
• Provide quality assurance, feedback, testing, and documentation for new applications, technology solutions, and process changes as assigned.
• Participate in technical training and contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation across Information Technology and other organizational departments.

Requirements

• AA degree in Information Technology or a related field, OR coursework leading to completion of an AA degree, OR other relevant training or certifications.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro areawithin a reasonable amount of timeis required.
• Two years or more of experience in desktop and systems support within a Microsoft network required.
