Job summary

Fraser Bloomington, MN is seeking a Project Management & Operations Specialist to support Community Living projects and operations. You will help improve processes, perform audits, and analyze data to identify improvements, while partnering with management to address training needs.

The role emphasizes policy and procedural updates, collaboration with supervisors, and orchestrating special projects across divisions. A strong focus on diversity and inclusion is core to Fraser's mission.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work or related field required; licensure if social work degree.
• Designated Coordinator per 245D required.
• 1–2 years experience in service coordination or case management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation and regional travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal electronic audits of Community Living records under direction of the Community Living Management Team.
• Assist with requests from external entities or internal audits for information.
• Identify goals and objectives for training needs based on audit trends and organize trainings.
• Assist with creating and updating policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines with leadership.
• Plan systematic/procedural changes for the Community Living Division and Fraser Divisions.
• Organize and perform special projects for the Fraser Community Living division.

Fraser is seeking a Project Management & Operations Specialist to support projects and operational initiatives within the Community Living Division. This position will assist with improving processes and systems, and utilizing available technology to support operational effectiveness. The Project & Operations Specialist will also conduct internal audits, develop quality assurance reports, and analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will partner with the Community Living management team to identify training needs and provide recommendations for additional or updated training for supervisors and staff.

Job Duties:

• Complete internal electronic audits of Community Living records under direction of the Community Living Management Team.
• Support with requests from external entities or internal audits for information.
• Identify goals and objectives for individualized or department-wide training needs based on audit trends, and work with program leadership to organize trainings or training materials as needed.
• Assist with creating and updating policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines as directed by Director and/or Program Managers. Consult and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure policies, procedures, and best practices match team needs.
• Assist with the planning of systematic/procedural changes related to the Community Living Division and other Fraser Divisions as requested
• Organize and perform special projects for the Fraser Community Living division as assigned.

Location, Schedule & Pay:

• Fraser Bloomington, MN
• This position is a full time exempt, with hours Monday-Friday either 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
• $56,000 to $60,000 per year depending on qualifications.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in social work, psychology, sociology, special education, nursing or a closely related field required.
  • If you have a social work degree, must have licensure.
• Designated Coordinator qualified as defined by 245D required.
• One to two years of experience working in service coordination or case management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro areawithin a reasonable amount of timeis required.
