Job summary

Fraser in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Mental Health Technician for our early childhood day treatment program. This entry-level clinical role supports preschoolers with mental health diagnoses and offers hands-on experience in a compassionate, mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities include working with children aged 2-6 in small group therapy, tracking progress toward goals, and assisting with personal cares and daily living skills.

Qualifications

As a Mental Health Technician, you'll work in Fraser's early childhood day treatment program, supporting preschool-aged children with mental health diagnoses. This is an excellent entry-level clinical position that provides hands‑on experience working with children. It may also fulfill internship requirements for undergraduate programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Psychology Undergrad Internship: This employment opportunity might also qualify for a school's internship requirements. Required Qualifications:
